Refund Policy


What can be returned? 
All products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a valid receipt of Purchase. Purchases outside of 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Returns are send back at purchasers expence. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are still in Saleable condition


Where do items need to be returned?
Items for return need to be sent back to 2/79 Barton Street Katoomba, NSW 2780. Attention: Returns.


Shipping for returns?
Shipping is not refundable. For change of mind purchases, shipping on returns will be at customers expense.

Credit for returns?
Refunds will issues in the same format as payment was made. Please note, Credit cards for refunsdss need to be the same as the purchasing Card. Refunds will be issues once the product has been returned and condition deemed resaleable.

We ship Australia Wide. Please note, shipping delays as a result of Covid 19 may still be seen. Remote areas may experience longer shipping times than advised.
 
How do you ship?
We ship using Australia Post for orders under 20kg. TNT for orders over 20kg.
 
Rates to ship?
Shipping is calculated on check out. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping rates.
 
How to track an order that's been shipped?
Australia Post tracking details are sent directly to customer email.
